Parking on the hotel territory
Air conditioner did not work. Rooms with ocean view are too noisy because of busy street between the hotel and the ocean.

The hotel is rather good. We were very fortune to get the room with a seaview. The hotel staff is very kind and answers all the questions. The breakfast time was at 7 o'clock but we were allowed to have it at 6.45 because of our flight.
Riconstraction of the hotel is not finished yet and that is why a zone near the swimming pool was rather dirty. As the location of the hotel is on the seaside suturday evening the was a local holiday there and it was noisy till 5 o'clock at the morning. I was upset because of my early departure I didn't sleep well.

Ocean views of the atlantic; good choice of buffet for breakfast, friendly staff. about a 10min taxi ride from downtown casablanca.
Dated 70s style decor.

Its position. The restaurant on the first floor- the Sinatra. It is not part of the hotel as such though, but independently run and very good.
The view of the sea is lost once you sit down in the chairs by the window! A stupid architectural mistake.

Location
Because it is near the beach, the place is very noisy ( a lot of disco clubs near hotel and even in the hotel ). We could sleap only at 3 o`clock. Staff was not speaking english at all and very poor french. The pool is very small and the breakfast was owfull. A lot of flys on the food and bad quality. We booked a double room and we received a triple one, with smaller double bad than in our friends room. Lockers were not working and the same for WI-FI. As a tip , you can connect to Mc Donalds wi-fi but the signal is bad. Overall price/quality report is very bad.
